Sterling Tools, owned and operated by Sheffield Group (ABN 48 968 741 131), located at 111 Munibung Road, Boolaroo NSW 2284, is conducting the 2025 Handled With Care Merch Giveaway under NSW Authority Permit Number: TP/01171.

This promotion is being run online and across selected social media platforms, which are in no way affiliated with or responsible for the giveaway.

Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents only.
• Entrants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission.
• Employees and immediate family members of the Sheffield Group, its affiliates, distributors, stockists, and advertising partners are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter the 2025 Sterling Handled With Care Merch Giveaway, participants must:

1. Purchase any Limited-Edition Sterling Tools Pink product or pack from a participating retailer between 12:01 am on 15 September 2025 and 11:59 pm on 31 October 2025. Each eligible purchase includes a $2 donation to the McGrath Foundation.

2. Snap a pic of your new Sterling Pink product in action and post it to your feed or story on your social media platform of choice (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
3. Tag and follow @sterlingtoolsaus and include the hashtag #HandledWithCare.
4. Make sure your profile is set to public so we can view and verify the entry.

Note: If your account is private, your entry may not be visible or valid. A public profile also allows us to contact winners directly.

1. Entries must include a valid product or pack, be visible, and contain the correct tags and hashtags.
2. Unlimited entries are allowed, and each valid post will be counted.

Note: Entries submitted outside the promotional period or without a valid product/pack purchase will not be eligible.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be randomly drawn at 11 am AEST on 2 November 2025 at 111 Munibung Road, Boolaroo NSW.
• Winners will be announced within 30 days via: A post on @sterlingtoolsaus social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and a winners list published on the sterlingtools.com.au campaign landing page.
• Winners will be contacted through the same social media platform used for their entry from @sterlingtoolsaus on 3 November 2025. The message will come from the verified @sterlingtoolsaus account only. If no response is received within 10 business days, a new winner will be selected.
• The redraw will take place at 11 am AEST on 13 November 2025 at 111 Munibung Road, Boolaroo NSW and new winners will be notified on 14 November 2025 via the same social media platform used for their entry.
• Prize delivery will be arranged directly with the winners. Note: PO Boxes are not accepted.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or alternative products.

Legal and Promotion Conditions

• The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sheffield Group reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any deemed fraudulent or non-compliant.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sheffield Group, its licensees, and marketers (including its officers, employees, contractors, and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage, (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the giveaway, including but not limited to the following:
  
  
• Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sheffield Group’s control).
• Any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.
• Any entry or prize claim that is late, altered, or lost.

• By entering, participants grant Sheffield Group the irrevocable right to use any photo, video, image and/or audio recording tagged and submitted per the conditions of the promotion, in any medium, media or marketing material, whether now or later developed, at no charge to Sheffield Group.
• Sheffield Group will use and protect personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Any false information provided within the context of the giveaway by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant.
• Sheffield Group reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.
• If, for any reason, any aspect of this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including because of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Sheffield Group. Sheffield Group may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and invalidate any affected entries or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
